Hello, my friend. First, I get snagged by the dog of today and now the kitty gets me. I had not planned on taking the tie to comment on pets this morning but I can't help it.
Aza's a beautiful, sorry, feller, HANDSOME kitty, one of the most handsome I've ever seen in my 59 years. His winsome ways are really unique and I love how he likes to talk to people. I regret the first year of his life (enough said there. I'm just sorry for him) but now things are more than coming up roses for him. I'm so happy he's found someone with a big heart and a love of the gentle companions our loving Creator made for us. Indeed, Aza's a gift from HIM to you and it's wonderful you have treated that precious gift with the love and respect he deserves. You will reap that which you sow, my friend, and good will come form your relationship with Aza.
May Aza live a long, happy, healthy life with lots many, many years with his Mommy, so he can lie between the keyboard and her, feeling the warmth of her heart and just enjoying being a very blessed kitty cat. May have a good, cuddly bed at night and lots (within healt5hy reason) of good food, a few healthy snacks here and there and many toys to carry, toss, kick and beat up on (see convicting photo, LOL). I hope you both are happy together for more years than you can imagine.
May you, my friend, find yourself close to your Creator Father Who loves you, if you're not already there, and may you also find His Son, Jesus, Who came to give you life, and that more abundantly. I got a laugh at your water drinking video. I had a cat who did that. Lucy Jane. She taught it to one of the youngesters. And though she went to the Rainbow Bridge years and years ago, that habit remains because each of the kitties passed it down one to the other from watching her. I think you need a youngster to teach it to also!!! ;)

Azure (also known as Aza) is special because he is curious and follows you everywhere. He competes to lay on your lap, loves belly rubs, and will hold a conversation with you for as long as you will talk to him. He has a weird drinking habit where he will dig near the water as he drinks.

You just described my Persian/Maine Coon boy Ollie to perfection, from Azure's sweetness and love for people, to his love for water; I laughed out loud at you pawing at the water...just videotaped my Ollie doing the same, yesterday!:D Silly kitties!:p
