Edit to add: You can vote on facebook if you have it by the way... you can install the pepsi refresh app and go from there (I think you just search it within the application- I don't use facebook apps so I wouldn't know)- it's quicker and easier if you don't want to have to go to the pepsi website every time you vote... ;) It will take you no more than 2 minutes which ever way you decide to vote.
