I know PT prayers have worked miracles and I need one badly today. My bichon Kirby hasn't felt like himself all week. This morning he started vomiting and by the time we got him to the vet's office, he was vomiting blood. The vet seems to think he may have pancreatitis. He will be staying at the vet until at least tomorrow on an IV. They are giving him antibiotics and anti-nausea medicine. Kirby didn't even flinch when they put in the IV line. He just laid there - so not like my boy.

He is my doodle bug and I am so scared. Any prayers would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much for the prayers. Vet called tonight and said he's holding his own. We'll be checking on him first thing tomorrow morning. I can't seem to stop crying.

You guys are good! Vet is sounding very positive. He's doing much better today and if he continues to improve, he may get to come home tomorrow. I am beside myself with joy at the thought of my doodlebug coming home.

They let him come home! Dick picked him up around 11:00 today. He looks a little tired and he's lost a little weight, but I'm so glad to have him home.

Thanks for all the good thoughts. It really helped him and me.
