The district does not allow images of weapons or drugs on clothing. For example, a student would not be permitted to wear a shirt with a picture of a marijuana leaf on it, the superintendent said.

LOL, a seven year old going to school, wearing a 'pot' shirt.

I wonder what the FBI stats say about the number of people killed with or by toy soldiers each year?

It's much the same in this school district that my grandson attends.

They are not allowed to wear shirts that would depict a "pot" leaf, or any with skulls, daggers, weapons, etc.

Just go into any young men's clothing department at any store, and see how many tee shirts have these. PLENTY!!! Skulls especially are very prevalent.

Well - school board members have to have something to do - don't they???? Wonder what they'll come up with next?

That whole episode was local news for me.

Amazing how national news picked it up and ran with it!
