Most people have no idea that I have a dog (she's overshadowed by 8 cats)
Here's a few pics of the oddball of the catnapper home
Sigh.... I'm so abused!

We went back to the park today - she was groomed the other day, so I hope you can see that her hair looks a bit better :D

Aha - some people knew I had a dog and even knew what she is! :D
She's a Golden Doodle. I kind of ended up with her. I was doing dog training when I saw a Freecycle ad for a dog that matched the descrption of my student. I emailed them and asked if she was indeed my student (yes she was) and she came to live with us two years ago last week. I stopped training 8 weeks after she came to live with us -- she needed a LOT of work.
She TORMENTED the cats for the first year. We added 3 cats in order to make her leave the other 5 alone. Oh yes, thats what we did and we would do it again! It was the perfect solution and I have one big happy furry family.
She's just over 3 years old. HYPER. Sweet.
She LOVES Trixie. Trixie and Callie wrestle nightly, with Trixie usually winning.

She also LOVES Cameron. Those two are kindred spirits. I think this is too funny of a photo. Not the best photo, but very representative of the two. Callie chewing her bone, Cameron hamming it up for the camera.

She slept on the recliner with me when I had surgery two weeks ago. She refused to leave my side

This is obviously an old photo, but I still giggle over it

She is adorable! I would really like to have a Labradoodle some day if I have a dog again.

It's nice to see her again. She sure is adorable.:) I've heard that this breed is great for people with allergies.

Hello Callie! I can't believe your momma doesn't give you air time; especially after you nursed her so well! Three years old, my my. What a nice girl you are!

I knew about Callie and never once forgot you had her. In fact I loved catching a glimpse of her in the kitty pictures. :)
There was a Labradoodle in the training class I volunteered in and he reminded me a lot of Callie. I'm sure the coat texture was the only difference, but the color was the same. :)
