My kittens are sick and dying off

Hi,, I have 4 mother cats that had kittens in the same box... they are between 3 to 4 weeks old.. some were sick so we took them to the vet... They a had an eye and upper reporation infection .. we gave them the meds and cleaned there eyes. they are doing better. but now the are starting to dye. they are playing and then go a check on them and one past.. i've had three pass this week .

Keep in touch with your vet. You can only do the best you can.

Are they nursing?

Please. please get the mom cats spayed when the surviving kittens are weaned. You and the cats don't want to go through this again. Your local SPCA or Humane may know of low-cost spay programs.

Get in touch with your vet IMMEDIATELY about this, and

HAVE THE SURVIVORS SPAYED/NEUTERED. There is help out there available regarding resources and finances.
