What a beautiful girl Destiny is! This was definitely meant to be. Another calico cat. You even won $100 that day!!! It could not be more obvious. God knew you needed her and she definitely needed you. A new animal right after a sad loss is the best thing for anyone, altho some people don't see it that way. They do not "replace" your previous pet, but they give you something to occupy your mind and keep you busy, and that helps you thru the loss. I can't imagine having only one pet and then sitting around alone after it has died. That would be unbearable for anyone. I am so happy for both of you, and please consider getting her a playmate so she is not alone while you are out. There are THOUSANDS of strays out there and rescue animals in shelters (some with limited time to be adopted), that desperately need help from the cat lovers of the world.
