Prayers for Kodie..

Hey PT,

My mom sent an e-mail earlier today saying Kodie's back leg is acting up again. I don't know if you guys remember or not but quite a while ago his back right leg completely gave out on him and he had no use of it for a couple weeks. It's acting up again and mom took him to the vet. He's on pain medication for now and he will be getting x-rays soon to make sure it's nothing serious.
I'm very worried that it could be his hips because he is a larger dog. But he has lost weight. He has gone from 110 lbs to 95 lbs, so I know weight isn't the issue right now. He's only mid-aged (turning 7 this year). I'm hoping it's whatever his old injury was is just acting up again.

Just be thinking of him. I will update as soon as his x-ray results come in.

Of course Kodie will be in my thoughts and prayers. :love: Keeping his weight down is probably a good idea though since if he gets too heavy it can cause problems. (((hugs))) I hope the vets can help him.
