My POOr KITTiES !!! Can ANyone HELP!

So I HAVe TO Beatuiful grays that iv had since I was 13. They just recently had their 13th b-day with me last October. And Now its like suddenly im finding all these skin irregularitys!..first I discoverd they had kitty Achne!...and now Iv noticed little yellow bubbles in their ears!!!..I googled it and eVerything. Iv Found Nothing!...Does anyone know what these could be and how to treat it...I know I should take them to the vet, But I cant even pay for my own health care . Iv lost my job and im looking everydaY. SO If anyone knows about these myserious yellow bubbles, I would greatly appreciate it. The bubbles dont pop, they seem to be hard, and opaque!

Could be any number of things from grass seeds to mites to some kind of infection. Does it smell or bother the cats?

no they dont seem to bother them @ all. It was suggestd to me that becasue of their age they might be lil tumors. And there isnt much i can do. SO for now i will let them be. thankyou FOr your Responce!
