Rogerīs ears are red.. not bloody red but reddish.. and kinda feel hot.. maybe my imagination but thatīs how I feel them.. like very slightly hot.. could it be a fever.. or an allergy to food.. not sure what to think as Iīve never had this one happen before on any of my pooches.. his tummy is normal pink.. but his gums are also a lil reddish.. hence Iīm leaning towards food thing/fever.. pooping and peeing normally... acting normally.. just that red tinge...

any inputs??

Usually, when the ears are red, it's a sign of a fever, which is also a sign of infection. Is she shaking her head or pulling at her ears? That's a sign of an inner ear infection and I'd recommend a vet visit.

Please keep us posted. Poor baby.

Was he doing any running around or laying anywhere near a heat register when you saw the redness? The reason I ask is sometimes my cats (particularly the white ones) get like that if they've been running around playing hard, or laying near the heat registers. It usually goes away once they settle down or go where it's cooler.
