I so glad that you made it through the surgeries and Chemo, and I wish you all the best of good luck and good health now and that the mass never comes back. I have a 16 1/2 year old that went through Chemo, and it's no fun. But, so far over a year now, the cancer has not come back. You can live a good live with one eye. I know, I've had a cat with one eye, and he wasn't bothered by it. Go Oliver, GO! :D

Hello, Oliver:love: I am glad that you are well again. I just thought that you were winking as part of your costume:cool: Take care. Purrs to you and your human.

I agree CatDaddy (welcome back!!) Ollie would make a sweet pirate also!
Its amazing how animals can adapt so well with the loss of an eye or limb.
Ollie you are one special 'meezer' and so cute to boot:D Happy COTD and Happy Halloween! Was your birthday cake a crabby patty?!

p.s. I know I'm not alone when I say "Of course we enjoyed you and your story"!!;)

I had a blue and seal point cross, Twinkle, for 22 years. He was a dear boy and stayed pretty healthy to the end. Siamese are long livers and Oliver sounds like he will be around for a long time. Twinky had some non-cancerous fat deposits on his tummy and below his ear. In those days (1960-1982) we did not have the vet services to remove these or we would have done so just to make him feel more comfortable and look better.
Oliver is a beautiful boy and worth every penny to keep him healthy for years to come. All the best to him and his owner.
