Good morning sweet baby girl, and a very happy Dog of the Day to you!:love: I too shudder to think what would have happened had your Mommy not adopted you, Ginger! But thankfully the shelter called her back, blessedly she did, and as they say, the rest is happy history!:cool: Who knows the real reason why your first adopters surrendered you (I wonder about the "biting" incident)!!! But as is so often the case, it was simply a matter of finding that perfect fit forever family; committed humans with the time and patience to help you adjust to your new digs, eager to love you unconditionally and always!:) Your heart warming, happy ending rescue tale brought a tear to my eyes Ginger, and I'm so happy for you and your family that you found your way to one another! What a heavenly match! I am SO amazed! I also have a boxer mix named Ginger who looks a LOT like your Ginger. We believe ours is mixed with yellow lab (and it looks like yours is too). We adopted our Ginger last year when she was 2 years old and we couldn't love her more. She's such a silly girl, we laugh at her antics every single day. We got our Ginger from Austin Boxer Rescue where I volunteer. We recently added another Boxer mix to our pack, this one is mixed with black lab.

Hello to you, pretty girl. We are so happy you have found your forever home with your wonderful family. It's great that Mom told the shelter to call her if you were returned. Who knows what happened in the first house? We can only imagine. The best part is, now you're living the life you deserve. Congrats on being our DOTD today. Hello, Gorgeous! :love: I hate to say this, but I am very happy you were returned to the rescue! You have a wonderful human now, and you are truly loved. :) You remind me of my beautiful Comet.
