New Kitten

Digi has been home alone longer then usual. It has always bothered me that she's alone. First I got Cash, but due to his digestive issues I couldn't keep him as his issues nearly killed Digi (she has an extremely sensitive digestive system to the things shes allergic too), so she went to a good friend that just LOVES him & Cash is very happy there.

I saw an ad for a Persian/Tabby mix. She is 6 weeks old, healthy, white body, gray tail, gray tabby marking on head & dirty looking paws (very light gray).

I'm toilet training her & harness training her right now. Shes a little demon at times & Digi just LOVES her. Digi follows her everywhere & the kitten like to meow & swat Digi's nose. Digi thinks its a game & the kitten isn't using any claws & she seems to enjoy stalking Digi & swatting her nose :rolleyes:

I'm really impressed on her temperament. Shes not scared of anything, doesn't really care about the harness, is fine with a tiny litter box on top of the toilet seat lid, doesn't scratch me in play, & doesn't bite :D

Right now her name is Cam..
Get it, Digi Cam? LOL
I'm still looking for a better name as Trevor doesn't think Cam is feminine enough :rolleyes: :p

If anyone has any feminine geeky names, post away!

Yes she is laying inside the computer, no it is not turned on, no it is not functional in it's current state or pose any harm to her. That is where she stayed all evening when I got her on sat.

Cami is feminine enough, and then you'd have Digi Cami!
I have a friend whose given name was Cami - her parents both liked it as a nickname, but didn't like Camille, Camilla or any of the other names it is a "nickname" for, so they just named her Cami!

Thanks everyone, she is a little cutie & so far shes a fairly good kitten. I haven't seen her try to shred anything, or me... yet... lol She needs to stop jumping onto the chair I sit on & run up & down on my back while she's playing nose tag with Digi :rolleyes::p

Last night was funny. I was throwing Digi's toys across the room & Cam was on laying on Digi's giant bed watching us. Well I looked over & every time I threw the toy her head would shake as she was trying to watch the toy & Digi. It was sooo funny! I have a video of it, but you can hear my dad talking to me on Skype in the background & me giving him stupid answers as I'm not paying attention to him (oops!)... sooooo as soon as I remove the audio I'll upload it to youtube for all to see :) I'm also going to try to get a video of Digi & Cam playing Nose Tag, but they seem to do it under my chair the most so its hard to get a video of it LOL

We think she is Collie/Aussie..

She has a lot of weird fur :confused:
Crazy long elbow hair
Long inbetween toe hair
Different fur types on her head, ears, upper front leg, lower front legs, upper back leg, lower back leg, top of back, side/bottom of body, butt hair, & tail hair... I have to use 2 different brushes on her in different areas LOL:eek:

Shes growing so fast!!
When I got her Harness it was meant for a cat, so it was really loose, but I wanted it that way so she wouldn't feel like it was strangling her, in hopes she would accept it sooner, which she did. Yesterday I had to loosen it as I felt it was getting too snug. It was still loose, but I wanted it looser as she is growing & I worry I wont check it often enough & it'll get too tight.. I'm just a worry wort is all :o
