Seine is gone

I am still in shock that she is gone. I keep looking up at her spot on top of the kitchen cupboards expecting to see her there sleeping. She left us much much much too soon and we will always miss her.

There is also part of a quote I found that I wanted to share. It is quite well known but it was the first time I had ever read it. It is from Henry Scott Holland:

The first thing that Our Animal Angels did after Seine got her wings of Silver and Gold was to take Your Seine to the mighty Seine River in Paris France, one of the most Beautiful and Historic places in the World.
Seine will be a Parisian Cat Angel as there are more than enough Historic places to see and some of the Greatest Hotels and Restaurants , and some Fantastic Cafes and Bistros too.
I bet that you will all meet in the Palace of Versailles, restored to its magnifigance, when you are reunited in love.

I found out about her passing this morning and I was shocked. I'm so very sorry for your loss.:( I know that you'll see her again some day. She may even come to visit you in your home like my Pepper sometimes does. She sure was a beautiful cat and far too young to go the bridge. Now she's healthy again and happily playing with all of the furry critters there including both of my cats Starr and Pepper. RIP sweet Seine.:( Please take care. (((HUGS)))

Thank you very much for all your kind words. It has been really hard and I guess it will just take a long time. But last night I had a very real dream that was comforting and it almost felt like Seine paying me a visit to let me know she is ok. She was sitting in front of me, wanting a pet. I got to pet her for a while and it seemed so real! It was comforting, almost like really petting her again.
