My poor Black Molly

I inherited a 28 gal. fish tank a while back. I'm especially in love with my black molly. I noticed on Friday night that his porr eyes are popped out of his head. I looked it up and he has "pop-eye", a bacterial infection. First thing Saturday morning, I got him Miraflex, and antibiotic, which I'm putting in the tank. Tonight, he's at the botton of the tank, breathing heavy. He's usually the first to eat, but he hasn't. The medication takes 7 days administration. Has anyone had this problem? I really worried about the handsome guy.

I had a 50 gallon tank for years, and had a variety of fish, including black mollies. I never had the problem that you're having, but no matter what I did or didn't do, they all eventually would get ich. I tried all kinds of treatments for it, but never had any success. It seems that once they got it, it was the end. :(
