For those of you who have ordered already I shall have the books in the mail to you ASAP -- hopefully by Monday, at least.

Anyone who wants to read the abbreviated PDF may still receive one. Please make any communication regarding mailing addresses via private PM. Also, I shall give the discount code via private PM only to anyone who is a bonafide PT member.

Delivery time required almost 10 days, so should I run out of books by the time you submit your payment, please understand if there is a couple weeks delay in getting out a book to you.

I am hoping to schedule a reading/signing at the local library for sometime in July. I have decided to go ahead and let the shelter have all proceeds from the sale of the book up to the day of the signing. Whatever few books I sell between now and then won't make me rich or poor.

Now, if I sell a couple hundred thousand, well ..., I may have to rethink things. :D
