Happy Pet of the Day, sweet Ted! What a handsome turtle you are; I just love the coloring of the Red Eared Slider!:love: Wow! That was close call!:eek: I'm sure it was hard for you to resist exploring out in the yard! But thankfully your guardian and her/his Dad found you before you scampered away, never to be found!:cool: I'm sure you were happy to found too, as it's clear you are one much loved and well cared for critter, enjoying the happiest of lives with your people! And your guardian is pretty special too! We all learn from our mistakes, especially when it comes to creature care; I know I have!:) Your young person is one lucky girl or guy, having a best little buddy in you, Ted!:love:

Happy POTD the you, Turtle-Ted! Your size was not mentioned, but as a young child I had a couple of little turtles that looked like you. Hope you have a fun day finding a worm or two outside with your loving guardian watching so you don't wander too far off again. That must have been scary for your human not to know where you went, but thankfully all turned out well. Enjoy celebrating your day of honour, Ted!:)
