Our kitty, Samson, must have some Siberian in him. He looks Siberian and acts like it. We noticed something was different when instead of seeking out warm places, he would plop down on air-conditioner vents. He was born in the storage room of a construction company and we have no idea who the father was. (I suspect he might have been Siberian)

I too have a cat named Samson (15.5 pounds, but we're trying to lose a pound or two on veterinarian's orders). He is a heat-seeking, seven-year-old Siamese gentleman of uncertain temper. He loves his mama, but will latch on to her from time to time when his patience is exhausted. He never breaks the skin, but it's still a rude thing to do, and it earns him a tap on the snoot whenever it happens. Then he pouts. Then he makes up to me. Then I give him a kiss. Then everybody's happy again.

Our Samson is also big. He is 13 pounds at 2 years old. I defend him saying his tummy is just muscle and that he's developing a six-pack of Abs. Others say he's working on a two liter.
