acting like my dog

I have the sweetest dog. We play a lot and recently I made scratching noises on the floor like he does sometimes when playing with a lazier light.
He came over and pushed my hands away...kinda used his teeth. He doesn't like when I do it but I can't understand why? He never growls or snaps, he just want me to stop doing it....!!!
Anyone have an idea what my mimicking this dog behavior annoys him?
I haven't a clue.

Maybe he thinks you're trying to take over as Alpha dog and he is trying to protect his position??? :confused:

Or maybe he just finds it plain annoying and wants you to stop, or it could sound to him like fingernails on the blackboard do to humans, or it could be dozens of other reasons, etc, etc, etc.........

If it bothers you that it bothers him, why not just don't do it???? :p

Be a good boy poochie - no one is going to hurt you. By the way - does pooch have a name and a picture to post????

Dogs have such sensitive hearing - maybe to him it was the human equivalent of nails on a chalkboard?
