I am glad to read the story of Ms. Charlotte. I would bet that she has tons of character considering all that she has been through and is still a loving and joyful companion. May I suggest that you use the best information available to you and assign her a birthday. She deserves to have a birthday. I have three rescues of different breed mixes and different ages. I rescued each one as a puppy and with the expertise of my vet, their approximate ages were determined. I would then count backwards over as many weeks or months there age was determined to be and assign them a special birthday. For example: We figured one of the them was probably born in July, so I gave her a birthday of July 4th...that's special and easy to remember too. SPECIAL NOTE FOR MS. CHARLOTTE: You are beautiful on the outside and I'm sure you are even more beautiful on the inside. May you have many years of love and happiness with your forever family.

people can mistreat an animal. I am very happy that you have found a very

Ms Charlotte - what a beautiful girl you are. :love: I just can't imagine anyone abusing and abandoning you - how horrible! :mad:
But on the bright side - you don't ever have to worry about that happening again. I can tell that your Mom and Dad love you VERY much and will cherish you always. :)
And just maybe your Mom is faxing ham for Easter dinner this Sunday???? Wouldn't that be great? :D

We are just smiling through our tears after reading your bio, sweetheart. You are such a precious little girl. We can't believe someone would mistreat you. Some people are just sick. Our Mom always tells us that people like that will get theirs someday. We think that means they will feel the same pain they have inflicted upon their victims. We're not mean spirited but we do think people like that deserve to get it back. How wonderful that your forever family found you and have given you a wonderful life.
