Anyone with experience of FIP?

A new member has posted a thread on the Introductions board about one of his cats which is showing symptoms of FIP. I have no experience to be able to answer his question, but I though I would link to it, in case people with experience missed the thread in Introductions.

MooShoo was tested for FIP when he was 4 months old. He tested positive. HOWEVER, it doesn't mean he HAS FIP, it simply means he's been exposed to the FIP virus. I mean, look at the porker!! He's 9 years old and weighs 17 lbs!!
