You know how many say they're leaving and never follow through and just post a goodbye thread for attention? If something's bothering you on the forum it's best to just take a break, and return when you're ready or things have calmed down.

ok, I read the thread and I can see why this has happened.

I guess the part that got me was "RIP Dorothy, whoever she was". Someone's beloved family member that was mauled by dogs, someone's "pets".

Yeah, there's a little reflection to be going on there, I think.

I agree. Goodbye threads just scream "drama queen" to me. I'm on a lot of boards of all types. If I get too involved in something I can't deal with anymore, I just push the keyboard back and stay away for awhile. This too shall pass.....
