Two cats are better than one?

When I only had Nakita in the home, I never had to worry about sibling squabbles, chases, jealousy etc.This picture series was taken last fall at the cottage. Steve dared to play with Gigi's toy (:rolleyes:) and this was the result.

** Please note : no cats were hurt in the making of these pictures. OK, maybe an ego.....;)

But, they really don't hate each other. This pic was taken just after the wrestling pics. They ended up watching birds out the window and all was well.

They are gorgeous cats! They may just be playing. Buddy and Moose used to roll around together and play bite but they never hissed or growled. Moose is gone now and Bud doesn't do that with any of the other cats. May I ask what type of camera you have. The pictures are beautifule!

Your cats are acting just like my cats do every day.:) One minute they're licking each others heads and the next minute they're starting a boxing or wrestling match.:) It's great seeing your cats again. They're both gorgeous and you always take such wonderful pictures of them too.:)

It's an every day occurrence around here. Creamsicle and Coco Puff just can't help themselves; they're little instigators; Yodie, too. It's rare that I have to break it up because, as you observed, they're friends afterwards. You'd immediately be able to tell the difference if it was a real fight, i.e., an alpha male defending his territory such as occurs here between my Boo and Specs. Even that over time settles down. Great pix, btw. :)

In 99 percent of cases they are just having fun , like they dis when they were Kittens,
the Found Ctas do this a lot and i never have to break them up as long as the claws dont come out.
It is amazing how they look so serious as though they were moratl enemies , dont they!!!!

My kitties playfight ALL the time (mostly at night :rolleyes: or when I am trying to sleep). The difference between a play fight and a real fight between my three are easy to notice lol, I can tell even when they dont make noise. Mine rarely get upset with each other but siblings will have fights :rolleyes:

I will have to say that having two cats is more fun and more entertaining than having just one.
Milly and Izzy love to play fight and chase each other all over the house.
They never hurt each other and it is so much fun to watch them play.:)

Thanks. :) The camera is a Canon. Not sure which I used for those pictures - either the Canon Rebel SLR or the Canon G6.

Actually, they never sleep together. Gigi hates sleeping with Steve and will only allow him if she's really tired and can't bother to move. Steve, on the other hand, would love to sleep next to her ALL the time. But, Gigi needs her space. ;)

GREAT PIC'S, I wish I could get pictures like that. With our CREW the one that is the INSTIGATOR is Roz (Roscoe). She knows how too push every ones buttons.She will get Lucky, Demetri,or Lenny going, theat will set of Bailey, Boots, Precious, Peak, and Penny. Mits, Bart, Chessie, and Sweety just try too stay out of the way.If things get too rough then Princess WILL step in.
