HI, First I'd like to say "what a cute name that is- Maple Ears".
Second I just wanted to comment that I do not believe bunnies would grow a severed tail back. I think the fur had been stripped off by the dog, and since the actual tail is so small, you thought it was gone. Your first clue to this should be the fact that there was no bleeding. Either way, I am glad she is OK.

Hello, sweet Maple Ears!! I love that name, it sounds just like your description! I am sorry that those mean dogs took off your tail. At least you and your family lived!! I am so glad that your tail is growing back! That is interesting, I've never heard of a bunny whose tail grew back! I'm so glad that you have a happy home and a wonderful family.
