This is Honey, the love of my life. She is actually my sister's dog but due to where she is living(at my uncle's), he some how just doesn't have a liking to her. Which is a shame Honey is such a loving dog. So the story to Honey is that we rescued her when she was about 5 months. She came into our lives at a time when we were losing my grandmother whom at the time was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease and had just had an amputatuion, as you can imagine we had so much goin on in our lives. As soon as we brought her home she was still frightened and what not. But the first person she ran to was my grandmother and would not leave her sight and my grandmother somehow enjoyed her presence. That day was a very emotional day, I take it as a blessing to us. Im not sure of her breed. The only thing we knew was she is mixed with pitbull and that is all the person knew. Can you guess?

How big is she? Maybe Pitbull, Chihuahua mix?

She is between medium to large size.

Oh, gosh, that doesn't help narrow it down, though it does eliminate the Chihuahua guess! Maybe Pittie/Jack Russell? She looks to small to be Lab/Pit - but she is adorable, in any case!

I think she looks like a sibling of our Bunny! We always assume that Bunny is a Boxer x Sheppard mix. She's about 50 lbs - medium/large.

Oh my goodness!!!! Bunny is so adorable!!!! The describtion is exactly alike as Honey's.
I have had a couple people tell me that she looks mixed with rhodesian ridgeback, which she has the same characteristics but I work with dogs so im still unsure.:D

Yea, we thought ridgeback when we first got her. Then we actually met two ridgebacks at the dogpark... and that changed our minds. The pound had Boxer mix on the sign.. and its definite that she's part boxer. She has these long black hairs mixed in her coat and has pricked ears, so we've gone from ridgeback to pit to sheppard. We mixed the pit idea because of her ears, she needs something to explain why they stand. A Boxer/pit wouldnt have pricked ears naturally. She also doesnt have any 'beef' like pits do.

We also met another mixed breed at the dog park that looked A LOT like her, and the lady knew for sure that her dog was a Boxer/Sheppard. Somebody wanted Bunny to look like a boxer.. and cut her dew claws off and also docked her tail.. but then she was picked up as a stray down in the flood plains here.. so who knows.

I look forward to seeing more pics of Miss Honey. =)

Pit Bull x German Shepherd is a good guess... somehow, she looks a little bit nordic to me. Maybe Shiba Inu? I also thought Shar Pei based on the first picture.

She could be dozens of breeds, combined to make one adorable, unique little girl! :)

I would say pit/lab or pit/ridgeback, as well.
