Tonight as I was feeding one of my colonies, I found my Brodie dead. I do not know what happened to him. I couldn't find any apparent injuries but it was difficult to do as rigor mortis had set in. Brodie was a feral that would allow me to pet him. He loved a good massage and head scratch. I loved on him just last night. I can't believe he is gone. He survived the summer of the coyotes, we had a huge problem with them this past summer, and now this whatever it was. I lost his sister to the coyotes this summer and it about killed me. I know he is reunited with her. I loved him dearly as I love all my colony kitties. Say a prayer for him. I have attached a couple of pictures of him and his sister Amelia Bedelia. Play happily at the Bridge Brodie and know that I loved you dearly.

Goodness, Brodie looks like my Creamsicle. How beautiful both he and Amelia were. Now they're together again and are at peace, playing w/abandon and no pain. No sadness is my wish for you, Brodie's mom.

My heart goes out to you on the loss of your precious Brodie. I can only imagine how you must have felt finding him laying there and I'm sorry on the loss of his beautiful sister, Amelia.

May they both Rest in Peace and have fun together up on the RB.

I also want to add that I can't thank you enough for all that you are doing for these precious kitties in your colony. You are truely their Guardian Angel.
I pray that you don't lose any more of them.

Both very nice looking cats. Im sure the loss of them was heartbreaking.

Very cool of you for taking care of them and having them spayed and neutered.

I'm so sorry to hear about Brodie. Ferals life span is anywhere from 3-5 years. The fact that Brodie lived as long as he did is amazing and shows how well he was cared for by you.

I am so sorry for your loss.

RIP sweet Brodie.

Poor Brodie, but Brodies one of the Lucky ones, a Stray who had someone to feed and pet him, and gaive him a name and let him know that he was a very special Cat.
He will be with Smokey at Kit Kats tonight, and maybe thats where you will meet again in love when you are reunited in love.
One Fine Day.
