You have to upload a photo onto Photobucket first. Then, you can click on the link that says Direct Link and paste it into the small box for the picture to show up.

No, all you have to do is scroll down while you are making a comment. There is a box that says Additional Options. The middle option is attach files. click manage attachments. A new window will pop up. There are five bars with a button at the right side of them saying Browse. Click one of the browse buttons. Select your picture. It will allow five pictures per post, if you need to do more, write to be continued on the first post, then make another post with the rest. It will not paste the photos right into the post, but it will make thumbnails that, when you click them a window pops out and the picture will show. Here is how these thumbnails look:
