Hello,
I was sitting at home this afternoon when I heard my neighbour yell out, "Did anyone lose a kitten?" I poked my head out the door to see what was going on and he said he saw a kitten in the parking lot, and he had nearly ran into her with his bike when coming home.
We looked under my car but didn't see her.. then, a few minutes later when I was taking out the recycling I saw her by my car, but she was very skittish and darted away. She is about 4-5 wks old, and a dilute calico (hence why I call her a 'she'). Another neighbor, the one who saw her originally and I tried to find her but she climbed up into the undercarriage of a parked SUV :( We left a note on his windshield in case he needs to come out and start his car, but I'm so worried about her :( I put out some food and water and a towel, and I'm hoping that she will sniff it out and come eat.
She is SO sweet, and in my head I'm calling her Greenlee (because my building's name has the word Green in it and I think it's pretty). I just really hope that she is ok. Can you all please pray for her welfare with me? It's cold and damp tonight, so I'm sure she's just trying to stay warm. If I can, I will try to get a photo but that isn't likely..
Thanks,
Naomi
