Jeri died tonight. :( I can't believe Jerbear is gone. I can't stop crying, I know it's not the most "important" pet but I love this little crab. She was the best hermie in the entire world. This is just a shock to me, I can't believe this happened. Why my pets this year, seriously? I'm sorry cutie, I loved you. You were the most tolerant silly crab in the entire world. You actually posed for photo shoots. You NEVER once pinched me. You allowed me to hand feed you. I loved you  Rest in peace, buddy.

I remember when I first saw you in the pet store, you were the only one who moved, and that's how I knew you were the one I wanted. You were always doing silly things, trying to escape from sight or your cage..:p:rolleyes: I knew these past few weeks you were not as active but I assumed it was only molt. :( You WERE always active.

I only had her for about 9 months. :(

Thank you guys, I really appreciate it. I'm fine now, I always bounce back but my room is empty now. I always think I *need* to check if she's in her cage when I leave to go somewhere, but there's no cage. :(

How sad. :( Before Jeri, I didn't know hermit crabs could have such an amazing personality. She certainly seemed like one-of-a-kind. Even though she wasn't here long, I am happy she had a great life with you.

((((Hugs))))).
