Here is a link to a list of non-toxic plants for your neighbor

You can tell her that I have plenty of plants and the cats don't usually eat them, but they will lay in them making them flat in the middle

I planted cat nip one time in the garden and that lasted until the neighborhood tomd\s came around and then it looked as though a cyclone hit the place!!!!

I cannot have any plant like item in my house or Taz will eat it. If Bruce gets me flowers (which isn't often luckily) we have to put them where Taz can't get to them. I'm not sure how Paizly is yet.
While the plants he's nibbled on were not toxic, he always ends up throwing up after. So we just avoid it all together.

Hobbes will eat artificial/silk flowers  They don't seem to bother real plants though I have a black thumb so they may just not last long enough to eat them! ;) However, Hobbes is also INSANE for dry leaves/flowers. If I track in a leaf on my shoe from the patio, he's on it like white on rice!! If I have real flowers, they don't bother them but once the leaves start drying up and falling off, Hobbes the Hoover is on the job :p So I make sure nothing toxic comes in the house.
