New game time.

Famous quotes from history. Post a famous historical quote, and the first person who knows who said it and when gets to post the next quote.

Rules.

#1. No Google searches, if you dont know dont reply. This is going to be on the honor system. If more then 3 wrong answers are posted, Googling is allowed.

#2. Only historical quotes from historical figures.

#3. No new quotes until the previous one has been at least named if not dated.

Yep, when I saw it recently I would have sworn it was a current presidential canidate, until I saw the date.
