What is Tobey?

Can anyone help me figure out what kind of dog my Tobey is? We were told at the shelter where we found him that he is a terrier mix. He is about 3 1/2 months old and he's 15#'s. Any suggestions?

I definitely see Shepherd in his coloring, and face, but he looks to be "well mixed" - it might be easier to guess when he's older.

His last picture kinda of looks like he's got some Tibetan Terrier in him, too ... but they are only 18-30 pounds full grown ...

I'm seeing alot of breeds in him, depending on which picture I look at. I see Shepard, Collie, Retrevier, and a bit of terrier.

Either way I'm sure he's a wonderful puppy.

Shepherd/collie mix. We had a few at the shelter that are siblings that look exactly like him and they are shepherd/collie mixes. :)
