I will admit, Boomer looks a little stressed about the orange critter on the bed. He looks "put out" at best.

I suspect Boomer will be fine, because the orange guy is quite comfortable with his new arrangement for living. I expect to see the next series of photos to show Boomer and Sooner asleep in the same cat condom.

I agree, Boomer has that same look in his eye that Taz did. But at least he stayed put. Taz would have high-tailed it out of the same room.
It's funny because the little ones have no fear. The elders, if you will, get all pissy and hissy, growly at them and they don't even seem phased by it at all. They go back for more! (At least this is how Paizly is.) Is Sooner that same way?

I also love how Sooner is stretched out in the first pic. Almost like he's testing how close to Boomer he can get. :D

I am not so sure about the first picture. Sooner looks as though he was just "testing the waters" so to speak, to see how much he could get away with. It is the position of his back end that tells me that - he doesn't look completely comfortable.

But the next pictures tell the tale - all will be well in the Boomer-Sooner household.

In that picture, Boomer was annoyed because I woke him and Sooner was in the middle of stretching because I woke him as well:) 2 seconds before the picture was taken they were both sleeping peacefully.

Sooner is very much unafraid! When Boomer growls at him he just stares. This morning Boomer's growls have changed to meows with just a little bit of a grr at the very end. I even caught them looking out the same window this morning!

Boomer is getting lots of extra attention and at night time Sooner is kicked out so that Boomer can sleep with his Tyler without any interruptions. :D

If I hadn't seen it with my own two eyes, I wouldn't have believed it! Boomer and Sooner were laying on Tyler's bed a couple of feet apart when Boomer moved over and started grooming Sooner's head :eek::eek: It went on for a good 2 or 3 minutes before I was able to pick my jaw up off of the floor and grab the camera.

I'm so happy that my big fluffy man is pleased with his new fur brother!!!!:love::love:

Oh my goodness Missy. These two remind me of Gabe and Graemer, two cats from yester-year. They look so sweet. I am so happy that these boys are going to be best friends. It will make life SO much easier for you. Gosh, you really lucked out with Sooner. We all knew you had a good boy with Boomer, but to have two good boys is well, really lucky!

But I must admit, I'm jealous. :( Taz tolerates Paizly. That's all I can get out of him. He rarely, VERY rarely, plays with her. And even then it's just a playful swat or two and he's done and back to growling and hissing.
