Smudge's Recycling Fashion Show

I came home today to not just the customary purrrr, but purrrr-crinkle. Smudge had decided to accessorize with a jaunty paper sidecar! He'd been monkeying around with the junkmail bag, and managed to get his entire front half through one of the handles. With classic feline I-meant-to-do-that aplomb, he followed me around as he normally does, kissing my toes and flopping over on his side for skritchies, still dressed for recycling and trailing bits of paper everywhere.

Goofy boy! Every once in awhile Spike gets his head through a plastic bag handle (bad spike!) and runs around the house like Supercat! He's not a tiny kitten any more, so should know better.:p

Cassie also tried that look once. I cut one end of shopping bag handles before I give them to her. She prefers them with catnip and/or a mousie inside.

Sasha did this one day also, with a plastic grocery bag, and she flew through the house.... looking like SUPERCAT with a cape flying behind her. Once I stopped laughing, I helped her get the dreaded bag off of her and she looked at me like I was the meanest Meowmie in the world for laughing at her! :eek::rolleyes::(;)
