Yesterday I was on my way to work and on one of the two lane roads I have to travel there was the body of a beautiful calico cat. I cried all the way to work. What a tragedy, what a waste. All because someone let this beautiful creature outside (unless she managed to escape undetected).

I was torn between anger and sadness. People, please keep your animals safely inside unless they are supervised and leashed.

Pretty kitty, play hard at the Bridge. I wish I could have loved you.:love::(

RIP, little calico. There is a special place in my heart for calicos and a special place at the Bridge for you, too. There you will be loved w/out ceasing.

I Know Cats Should Be Inside But Tubster Panther Gets So Pent Up To Go Outside Where He Was Born, And I Cant Always Keep Him In.
Yet I Knw That He May Some Day Be Hit By A Car.
I Wil Keep That Memory Of That Poor Calico In My Mind The Next Time That He Wants Out.
That Poor Calicos At Thr Bridge And Will Greet You One Day As You Cried For Her.
