Oliver I clicked on your picture quickly because you looked a little like my Trevor who recently went to the RB. I don't think there will be a dry eye in all of Pet Talk Land after reading your story. We are all so glad that your human's friend had a desire for a cigarette at 2:00AM or you and your new human both might have missed the opportunity of a lifetime! Oh, Oliver, what a precious -- and gorgeous -- boy you are! Your story just warmed my heart (and made my eyes leak! :))

I am so happy for you that you found a home with such a warm and loving family, and happier still for them that they now have such a sweet and affectionate cat to share their lives. Reading about your relationship with your human brother and how you've helped him was so touching.

Oliver, your story is just wonderful. I have a Special Needs child too and since we got our dog in 2006, she has become more outgoing and focused as well.
