As some of you may know, Baby, the cat in the middle of a domestic dispute that I took in, because she had to go to a battered women's shelter.

Because of a peeing problem in my house, I had to make alternative arrangements. My manager at BB&B offered her services. Baby has the whole top floor of the house, ceiling fans and lots of windows to look out of. I spoke to Johanna (manager) last night and she said she's allergic to Baby. :( She feels bad that she can't hold Baby and let her know he's loved. She asked me how long it'll be before Paula finds a place to live. I said about a month.

I have a feeling I'm going to have to resort to plan B. Unfortunately, I didn't foresee this coming and don't have a plan B. :(

Any suggestions??? I've called my vet's office to see if one of the techs can take him till the time comes. No takers, they're full.

I feel bad for Baby having to go back and forth like this, but I just can't bring him back here (I wish I could cuz he looks just like my RB Casey).

What do I do now??

Baby's owner, Paula has found a place to live!! She's moving in about 10 days and will be able to pick Baby up soon after (once she's settled). I am so happy! So is Johanna (foster mom) since she woke up with one eye completely shut (the allergy didn't go away).

Baby is in need of a home. Paula has decided it's in the best interest of Baby to be rehomed. Paula works as a respite care giver and spends 5 nights a week away from home. It's not fair for him to be alone that long. She's is absolutely devastated over this. She begged me to take him in, but I can't take the chance of any of my cats peeing. I've called everyone I know to see if they can take him. He's a precious boy and I would LOVE to have him, as Candace said he is the spitting image of my RB Casey. But it's just not possible.

My next option is calling my friend at the Humane Society. I KNOW he'll find a wonder home.

If there is anyone in Connecticut or in the surrounding states or towns, PLEASE PM me or email me at [email protected].

I'd apppreciate it.
