Ho! A fellow Alaskan! From way down southeast in the rain forest - and a capitol cat, at that!

I am so thrilled!

The last time I was down in Juneau, I observed more cats out and about than I have seen in any other community in Alaska - at least when the sun came out and drove the rain away. But I did not see Kerfuffle.

Now I am devastated - to think that I could have gone to Juneau and missed seeing so mischievous and good natured a cat as Kerfuffle - how can I bear it?

But wait! I see that Kerfuffle is only one year old. It has been over a year since I was last in Juneau! So how could I have seen him? Why get upset about the impossible? Next time I get down there, I will walk the streets and keep my eyes open - knock on doors if I have to - until I find Kerfuffle.

I simply must meet my fellow Alaskan, Kerfuffle!

Thanks Barbara, I really love tiger type cats. Actually, I love all type of cats. They all deserve our love. Every cat or creature in the world has something sweet or interesting, and I think it's more about them inside, not their color, or they shape. If it's aalso beautiful, it only helps.

Well I must say Kerfuffle was a bit nonplussed when presented with his fame ("Can I eat it???" was his reply). As for being an Alaskan cat, he doesn't like the rain or snow one bit because indoors is where ALL the good action is. His only draw outdoors is to chase away the evil neighbor doggy, which he does with great flair. We thought being an indoor cat would keep Fuffy safe, but he managed to break his leg last spring jumping out of the cat tree. They love him at the vet clinic because he just chats with them from his cage for hours on those long visits....what a silly goof!

The Fuff Da Wuff says "Thank you for all your kind words-- I will chomp I mean cherish them forever":p :D
