Maine coon kittens wanted *Update 6/27*

A friend of mine wants to adopt one or even two Maine Coon kittens. She lives in Canton, Ohio so if there is anyone close by who has some up for adoption or if you know of anyone who does, please reply to this thread and we can take it from there. She had cats when I met her but over the years, they both died. She has found a couple but they were quickly adopted before she was even able to see them. Thank you in advance. :)

My friend is picking up a Himalayan on Sunday and possibly a Maine Coon, too, according to her email. So thanx for your replies, friends; I appreciate it.

Hi All:

I'm new to the forum, thanks for your help in advance. We just lost
our fantastic Maine Coon to a viral infection, he was only three.

We can never replace Bruno but would like to offer a great home to
another Maine in need.

We are are in the Cleveland area, but will travel in Ohio for another
rescue.

We have a maine coon, he is 2 yrs. old, long but not very big, actually skinny. Is thin normal for a maine coon?

No. A Maine Coon can weigh anywhere from 12 lbs to 24 lbs. Depends on his build, genetics, family history, etc.

Thanks, maybe simba (our maine coon) is not one after all. He is about 10 lbs. I think.
