Nebo has some sort of eye infection. It looks really bad in the mornings, but gets better late at night. It's a bit greenish in color, and the whites of his eyes are light pink. I took him to the vet today for his 3rd shots. The vet said it was conjunctivitis (I'm sure I didn't spell that right). I think I was half asleep at the time, and I forgot to ask him what could cause it. Does anyone know?

Sounds like something bacterial, if there's greenish discharge. Conjunctivitis (you spelled correctly) is also known as "pink-eye" in people. Did the vet prescribe some eye medication?

Thanks for the info. He had a bit of an eye infection when I first got him too, so I just want to know what could be causing it. He gave me some sort of ointment to put in it 6 times a day. I don't remember what it's called. I've only put it in once today (vet did it once earlier) and I'm not looking forward to doing it again! Ugh, he's stronger then he looks!

My parents dog Snoopy had a problem that sounds similar. The vet gave them some eye drops that was really think almost like a gel. Snoopy was good to go a few days later.
