There's a 5 week old feral male kitten who desperately needs socializing. Unfortunately, I'm maxed (6 of my own cats and a mama cat in my bathroom). I'm beginning to get overwhelmed to the point of panic attacks. Is there ANYONE on this board in CT that is willing to take this little guy in and work with him. If I didn't have the one cat in my tiny bathrooom, I'd do it in a heartbeat. I've got a crate I can lend you. PM me or email me at [email protected] Reference it "feral kitty" so I don't delete it by mistake.

I'll beg, grovel, you name it. That's how desperate I am. I've called ALL my friends in rescue and have had no luck.

Oh no...I wish I could! HUGS and prayers for someone to volunteer! Maybe add to your thread title "in or near CT"

The only offer I can make is prayer and I'll get on it right away......

The baby went to one of the vet tech's homes to be socialized. Something tells me this baby is alot older than 5 weeks. But, at least she's gone to a good home till she can come around.

Thanks for the update. Hopefully things will work out well for the baby.

Donna,

It's kitty season. Things will only get "worse" from now on.

One member of PawsWatch has 14 -- FOURTEEN! --kittens in her colony, to be trapped and socialized if foster homes can be found. That is one person, one colony. We have about 80 people working at I can't even begin to say how many colonies! One colony I worked last summer, 4 steets away from me, has 3 litters, one of 5, and 2 of two.
