When I first joined PT I remember starting a thread saying that I had sent a Blue Cross leaflet anonymously to some neighbours who always, but always had kittens being produced left, right and centre.

Walking by the house today I noticed a Blue Cross sticker in their window and it dawned on me that for at least 2 years there have been no signs of their cats producing litters.

So being an interfering old busy body isn't always a bad thing ;)

Never mind talking to the woman who leaves the dog in the car; just phone the cops!

good on you, i did the same thing, when the neighbours had a well cared for young male, who constantly was over here fighting with my old Ash,i don't know if they got him fixed or not because they moved on shortly after that, but every now and then i go around the neighbourhood with phamplets from the cats protection league about spaying and neutering, well worth my time and little effort involved, if you can even get one person to do it,it saves a lot of heartache and misery in the long run.
