I have noticed that I have dropped a few pounds in the last few months.
I have do not eat fast food as much, I eat more veggies and regular food.
I do a new morning work out that has changed my waistline and I might just realize my dream of having abs. I do have them, but they are hidden under a small layer of fat and need definition.
----------------
For years I had to sleep in one position because of a bone chip in my nose.
Now that it's gone (THAT was a story in itself!) I can sleep on my back-which makes my morning workout GREAT! The only problem is that I don't know which days I will do it.
The work out is a combination of having a medicine ball bounced on your abs,
Static weight to make them stronger and a power sit-up.
To start, be sound asleep on your back, Have your cat walk across your abs.
You'll automatically tighten up your abs to keep them from touching your spine. Hold for as long as possible.
Shoo the cat away and go back to sleep, If it is an extended workout the cat will run across the bed jumping on your stomach (medicine ball) and force you into a power sit-up.
Good luck with YOUR workout and let us know the results or you waist loss!:confused::mad:
