Potty Training

My Bulldog is a year old and he does really well with potty training, he lets us know when he has to go outside to go potty 99.9% of the time, but recently he has jumped up on our bed and peed on it! We just took him to the vet and he doesn't have an infection, but he did just recently get "fixed", but I just don't know why he is doing this! He doesn't even indicate that he needs to go out. Any suggestions?

I was totally stunned when my housebroken dog suddenly for no reason pooped on the bed. I kept the bedroom door closed for a few months and she hasn't done it since which is probably now over a year.
