my sister's mother in law has 13 cats - and has had some serious health issues over the last few years. She was dx'ed with breast cancer a couple years ago - was scratched by one of her cats a few weeks ago and was put in the hospital on anti-biotics and most recently on Thursday she was coming down the steps and one of the cats shot down the steps in front of her and she tried to miss it and she fell down the steps and ended up breaking her hip.

she doesn't have a land line phone - and had dropped her cell phone in water the night before so had no phone access. She had to crawl down the rest of the steps to the front door and yell for someone to help as they were walking by her house! :( She got her hip fixed but is now in a rehab for at LEAST 8 weeks -
her kids (my brother in law and his sisters) want at least some of the cats rehomed (they have wanted her to do this since she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2006). She needs help with her numbers but isn't willing to do anything herself.
if anyone is going to judge the family - please don't repond - until you walk a mile in someone's shoes
