Oh man, kitty city!!!!

They are all so cute but I'm in love with Pattycake's gray and white kitten.

Got any new home prospects yet? Have you intrigued any PTers? Maybe these pics with persuade them. I know from experience you can be very persuasive, LOL!!!!

Did I count correctly - 20 babies?!? Good thing you have moms for all of them - you'd be exhausted feeding that many.

Do you have the cages all in the same room - do the moms exchange helpful hints on taking care of baby?

Isn't Miss Pattycake the one with the airplane ears last pictures? She looks much more relaxed in that photo.

You do wonderful work, Kim. Bless you.

The people who own Miss Smokey think they may have 3 or hers placed. Other than those, I don't have any sure takers. I've always said that PT homes are the very best! Sooooooooooooo????

Aww, the last ones with their little cords hanging out! I love the mostly-white calico.

Did you notice that spotted white cats almost always have tails which are totally colored?

THIS ONE IS MY FAVORITE!!!

I can't believe that white baby is a calico what a cutie pie! If I didn't have 7 cats already I would totally be going for adopting this one.

My husband would kill me though probably. :)

I have been very blessed with two wonderful cage banks. The owner of Shadow, bought and donated one of them and the owner of Miss Smokey bought and donated the bigger of the two. They have been wonderful! They are both considered ferret cages but they work wonderfully for moms and babies! They are both on rollers, so very easy to move around. I currently have them in my kitchen. We never eat in there anyway! ;)

Here is the smaller one ... it is great but the larger one not only has more room but both sides of the doors open!

I am so jealous. We haven’t had a kitten in the house in 5 years. They are all so adorable, I'd love to take any or all, but with our BIG lovable Crew, I don't think so.
Believe me I would not give up the Crew for anything.

Wow!!! That's a lot of kittens to have all at once but I know that they're all receiving wonderful care. They sure are adorable and I hope that they'll all find new forever loving homes as soon as they're old enough.:) I also hope that the mothers will also have homes to go to after their kittens are weaned.

Right now it doesn't seem that big of deal having 20. However, once they are all wanting to run around and get into kitty trouble, I think I'll realize just how many there are!

Shadow's 4 week olds already cry at me to get them out whenever I walk by! They are soooo sweet and friendly!!! :)

WOW !!!! That is a triple cuteness overdose... :)

I have a question, sorry if it is a silly one... . I see that the 1 week old babies still have their umbical cord is still there! Doesn't the vet remove those? And when do they fall off?

Oh my gosh!!! If I lived closer I would definitely take one. I'd have to convince Bruce that I just found it somewhere. LOL I know Taz would tolerate a kitten. Sigh...........I wish. I'll just have to keep looking at the pictures and dream about it. :)

Thank you, Kim, for helping these mommies out. :D

If it's like human babies, they will fall off on their own, between 10 - 14 days.

Those cages are super nice! WOW! I am impressed.

Kim, thanks for posting some new photos of the beautiful momcats and kittens in your house! :)
It's so nice to see so many healthy little kittens in so many colors.
Are there more girl kittens than boy kittens? How many of each?
I like the cage setup you have in your kitchen, when will the kittens be old enough to have free run all over your house? ;)
I hope your ankles will be feeling better by the time the kittens are ready to run free.
I also like your kitchen floor, it goes very well with the coloring of the momcats and kittens too. :)

Once they start motoring, you may need to devote one ROOM as kitten play ground!

Mommy Smokey is doing just fine! Her incision is almost completely healed now and she is being such a wonderful mom!

As much as I would love to turn all the kittens loose together, I plan to only let them play with their own littermates. Since I don't have the extra funds to combo test all of the moms, I don't want to risk spreading diseases needlessly between litters. ;) For the same reasons, I am not interchanging litterpans, food or water bowls.

I'm here now! I went to the orthopedic yesterday and now have a boot on one foot and a lace-up wrap on the other. I look like something from a sci-fi movie!
I'm just happy that I am "mobile" again and can care for all the moms and babies without rolling around in my computer chair! :p

Yesterday, I got two more moms with one week old babies. It was a story that I simply could NOT turn away. The "moms" are mother /daughter and had their litters 3 days apart! :( Apparently it is the 2nd or 3rd litter for each of them! The lady stated something about them not "usually" having their litters "back to back". She was giving them away because she now has ducks and chickens and doesn't want them to kill them! Oh, and the clincher? She never bothered to name either of the cats!!!!

They are both dropdead GORGEOUS ... solid white w/ long hair! I'll post pics soon!

Good grief Kim, every time I check there are more moms and babies. I don't see how you do it, especially being temporarily disabled. Long hair white moms, are there any long hair white kittens? My sister still mourns for her long hair white cat that escaped during their move to TX 16 years ago. Maybe some pictures would tempt her to adopt one.

Glad to hear you are mobile now. What did the dr. say? Anything broken or torn. How long of a recovery?

I want to see a pic of your sci fi foot get up, LOL!

I go back in 2 weeks and if all if fine, then I will start physical therapy. Just major ligament strains ... no breaks. I guess in therapy I will learn how to walk on my own two feet ... the right way! :p

Oh YES ... lots of long-haired white babies! There are several that just have a spot or two of gray just on their heads. It's interesting. I'm working on uploading some pics now.

So far the two moms and babies are doing great! I'm just worried now since I have diarrhea going through some of my others. I have kept all the litters in separate kennels with their own bowls, bedding, litterboxes, etc.... so I pray it isn't spreading.
