broken nose

Is it possible for a dog ( shitzu/bichon) to break it's nose. Our dog got up one morning and his face looked different. We finally decided that his nose looked funny. He looks like his nose is swollen. if he fell off the bed during the night could he have broken his nose, if so is there anything that can be done about it? :(

Take him to the vet.

Please take him to the vet ASAP!!! Brachycephalic dogs ("squashed-face" dogs) are already at a higher risk for breathing problems, so if something did happen and there is a problem with his nose you REALLY need to take him to the vet immediately.
