Hey,
What is the gift for a five year anny?
THanks to all the patrons for coming in week after week and making Thursdays the place that it is now......
I think a nice sit down dinner would be in order...followed by a week of interesting and fun things to do.

Canapes and appetizers first....some crackers and fish roe (caviar), lobster bits on cream cheese/crackers, Stuffed Mushrooms that squeak and ritz crackers and cheez whiz!
We have Filet Mignon, carrots and string beans, mashed taters for dinner with
champagne.
We also have a Mario Martini! Vodka, cherry juice and a splash of seltzer!
DONE!

We may be celebrating by being blown off the map here in KS. The weather channel has issued a PDS warning. I thought that meant pretty darn strong storm but they said it means "Particularly dangerous situation" for KS, OK, TX, MO, LA, AR, and parts of other midwestern states for tonight and tomorrow. Then it moves east. :(
Possibly the worst storms of the year with long lasting tornadoes and lots of them. The number 70 was mentioned! :eek:
I would appreciate crossed fingers and a prayer or two, just in case.

I thought the 5th was paper.... and I also read somewhere it was turquoise.... so.... I guess you can have any of them :p

Been a wild and wooly night here. We are between storms. The second round will bring a cold spell and snow to the northern parts of the state. At least I hope it stays north. More (and they say worse) storms when the cold front comes through. :(
Thought I'd pop in for a cherry vanilla coke and some onion rings. Lots and lots of onion rings. Can't have a 5 year anniversary without them. :D

Yes Texas = Mineral Wells got some Bad Storms Last Night too.. I was up with all the babies at 3:00 AM comforting all that it would be ok & we all hidding in the big walk-n-closet.. Made it Thank God.. Hey Mario here.. Let me get this Pepsie drank & I will help with the onion rings.. Yum Yum :p Mario where is your manners?? Dont stick your foot in the Onion Ring Batter.. :rolleyes: Boy Howdy what are we going to do with you Mario.. :D

I know, I know, goodness has nothing to do with it :p I think at the first Thursdays I split a bottle of white wine with Logan, so in that "spirit", bring 'er on :cool:

Today is also five years since my Goldie crossed over the Bridge :( It seems like it's been so much longer.
Today was ASPCA day too. I wore Orange nail polish in honor of all the animals. Anyone else wearing orange?
