Just curious to know if anyone had any first hand knowledge or experience with this condition in a pet. There is a one year old schipperke at a local rescue with this problem, so I did a google search. And every site says almost exactly the same thing, it is an under-developed cerebellum that causes the dog/cat to wobble or shake, that it doesn't get any better or worse as the animal ages, and that a pet can live a normal life with a little extra care. I was just wondering if anyone on here had any experience with this, and what that experience was/is like.

I know that several people on here have cats with the same condition. You might have better luck over on the cat side :)

My Ari has a very severe case; it's critter cerebral palsy. I'll post Ar's page in a few minutes (not enough windows).
