Hey Everyone;
This is my cat Nimitz and Midway. I would like to nominate both of them for the cat of the day. :) I named Nimitz after Fleet Admiral Chester W. Nimitz, and Midway after the South Pacific Island that was the turning point in the Pacific War in WW2. I hope you like them.

I have to commute along the Nimitz Freeway (also known as I-880) to go to Candide rehearsals, and the joke around here is that if Admiral Nimitz had known that road would be named for him, he would have surrendered to the Japanese. :rolleyes: I'm sure he's glad to have such a handsome and vigilant namesake.
